1. Feeding method: The material is transported into the conditioner through a speed regulating feeding auger. In order to achieve good granulation efficiency (increase production and quality), water or steam is added for conditioning. The material is then fed through a inclined groove shaped feeding pipe, through a ring mold cover, and with the help of gravity and centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the ring mold, the material is tightly attached to the ring mold cover and the third wall of the ring mold chamber (feeding area). The ring mold granulator adopts a mechanical forced feeding method, which rotates at a high speed and is centrifugally distributed into the granulation chamber. The material is distributed through a scraper, resulting in uneven feeding; The flat mold granulator vertically enters the compression chamber based on the weight of the material itself, and can evenly feed the material.
